Create a Spec Table

Create groups and attributes, then enter product values for comparison.

Create the table

  1. Open Spec Tables in the CompareWise admin.
  2. Create a new spec table with a clear name.
  3. Add groups such as Basic details, Size, Materials, or Features.
  4. Add attributes under each group.

Choose attribute types

Use the simplest type that matches the value shoppers need to compare.

  • Text for short product facts.
  • Number for measurements or quantities.
  • Boolean for yes or no features.
  • Color, rating, and link for specialized display needs.

Add product values

  1. Open Products in the CompareWise admin.
  2. Choose a product.
  3. Fill the values for the relevant spec table attributes.
  4. Save and repeat for the products you want shoppers to compare.
