Getting Started

Understand the minimum setup path for launching CompareWise on a Shopify storefront.

What CompareWise adds

CompareWise helps merchants define product specification tables and show shoppers a product comparison experience on the storefront.

  • Spec tables organize product attributes into groups.
  • Product values fill those attributes for each product.
  • Theme blocks expose compare buttons and product specification tables.

Setup order

  1. Create one spec table for the product category you want to compare.
  2. Add groups and attributes that shoppers care about.
  3. Enter product values in the CompareWise admin.
  4. Enable the app embed and add the theme blocks in Shopify Theme Editor.
  5. Test two products on the storefront.
